well my hair its brown,wit blonde highlights,and i usually get it layered .i dont like getting it cut to short.my hair is after my shoulders and between my but and back.any suggestions on it?pls!

try maybe a good bit off it but definatly not over the top of your shoulders and try lyers or even try getting it feathered

Try going to a salon where you can put your image on a screen and try a few hair styles before you cut it. Otherwise check with your hairstylist and get a few photos of the ideas that could work. Otherwise I would let it grow some more and then get it cut when some of the layering has grown out so you can try a few other styles.
It depends on the length you perfer. Short, Medium, or long. Have fun with your new look...

You can cut it half way up your`e back,thats what I have and it lookes preety good!!!!
