im looking for a short hair cut with bangs that is either surfer or skater like look. it is already chin lengh, but its i kind of boring. i dont have bangs right now and i would like them.

That would be great if you really chose you like it. Maybe bangs will be good for you and stuff and maybe that look will be best for you than it is. So go for it and see which one you like most. It will look cute with a hair band or baret. If you take chances you will learn new things, otherwise life is a cold boring place. Spice up your life. I hope you like a new hair due.

noooooooo dont cut it off or get bangs !!!!!!!! get some blonde streaks for a more beachy look !!!!!! you will regret cutting it too short !!!! just get cute streaks around your face ....... but if you want to do it at home go to sallys beauty supplies and buy a bleaching kit called blonde brillance that already has all the stuff like the cap and gloves and do it at home !!! the walmart stuff sucks !!!!
