I had long brown hair:

Should i grow it again?

Or cut it shorter?

You have a round face so I would stick to long. Shoulder length is okay but to short would make your face look more round.

Maybe layer it (if you wanna do this at home, just pull your hair into a ponytail up high--almost onto the center of your head at the top. twist one side and snip a little off. Twist the opp way and snip some off) and blow dry it out at the ends. That would look really pretty =) Ohh, get sweep/fringe bangs =D
