My hair goes right below my neck,my mom said that I should cut it because it is un-even.I agreed with her but it is already short and I don't want it to be any shorter,but I want to cut it into a cute lil' hair style or bop,what should i do? Also I'll appreciate it if you can tell me where I can get it cut by proffessinals.
