About a year ago I got a perm and the lady who did it compeletly fried all my hair! Well about 10 months ago or so I cut my hair to my chin (it was all the way to my chest) its still badly badly damaged and I am thinking about cutting it again. I don't really like short hair (chin length) but my hair is too damaged to fit! So what type of hair cut do you think I should get? I have dark hair, very thick, and am willing to go chin length. Please send pictures and/or web address! Thanks for the advice guys!

this sounds gross but it works rinse your hair in white pure vinager, this will leave your hair so soft ,and for hair like that the only way to wear it is really long or really short, good luck

I would look into deep conditioning treatment and staying away from heat appliances (straighteners etc.)
Go around to local hairdressers and explain the situation and see if they have any solutions (like the deep conditioning treatment) and see what they recommend.
Meanwhile I would recommend Aussie's 3 minute miracle deep treatment conditioner. Really good and makes your hair REALLY soft and silky. x

Try a bob, they're easy to maintain and look really really cute! You can even get a leave in moisturizing conditioner so your hair gets serious t.l.c. while you're sleeping. I like a kind by Loreal. It smells like bananas and makes your hair incredibly soft! You can get it on amazon.com or a beauty supply store. Maybe even buy some moisture shampoo and conditioner to give your hair the moisture it needs :)
You may try this for shampoo, I've never used it, but it seems really good:

Here's the conditioner I was talking about :)

There's also a hot oil treatment you may consider using:

Hope that helps you a little bit :)
